Cantaloupe and Yoga.
two things i am beginning to enjoy more and more.
for the past week or so i have taken it upon myself to start eating completely raw. i have been doing pretty well. i eat thing like fruit, nuts, and berries for breakfast. this means a LOT of cantaloupe!! breakfast it so big that it usually holds me over until my big salad at dinner time. if i do get hungry then i'll down a banana or a handfull of almonds. i a feeling great! as a vegan, it's very easy for me to miss out on crucial vitamins and minerals. calcium, iron, and B12 are the most commonly missed. for that reason i have also started taking vitamin B12 pills and another with calcium and iron. now i am a complete human being.
i have also woven a morning and night workout routine for myself. don't know why it took me so long to live this way,
i have also woven a morning and night workout routine for myself. don't know why it took me so long to live this way,
i honestly have never felt better.
GO RAW!
GO WORKOUT!
GO WORKOUT!
don't think ill be raw forever... probably just for another week or two.
in other news...
when i moved to Chicago i began to take a yoga class three blocks from away my flat. it was once a week and very relaxing. i have just recently started to incorporate some yoga stretches with my
personal workout. it's such a nice way to start off the day.

An Afternoon By The Water.
went to the beach yesterday and tossed around the old pig's skin
... except it was rubber...
but to too rubbery to save me from jamming my finger [see above finger bruise]
we made plans to build a castle big enough for us to walk in and out of. it would have a hallway, windows, a front door and everything. after laying down a few heavy, crumbly sand brick we decided of four corner towers and a pyramid of our extra sand.
mush easier.
